Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Augurpoint (part of the CETSAT Group) handles your personal data when you use our website and services. Augurpoint is the data controller for the personal data described here.
What data we collect
When you request the AI Readiness Score or the AI Policy Template: We collect your name and email address so we can send you a personal link to the resource. Your quiz answers and calculated score for the AI Readiness Score are worked out in your browser and are never sent to or stored by us.
When you contact us: We collect your name, your email address and the message you send.
When you join the AI Visibility Check waitlist: We collect your email address only.
Anti-spam checks: When you submit a form we record the time and your IP address to limit automated abuse. If Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled on a form, Cloudflare may process your IP address and browser signals to tell people from bots, under its own privacy terms.
When you browse the site: We do not currently run analytics or set cookies. If we introduce cookieless analytics in future we will update this notice first.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
- •To email you the resource you requested, and to respond to your enquiry or waitlist request. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in answering requests you have made to us.
- •To keep you informed about Augurpoint services and insights by email, only if you ticked the optional marketing box. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or contacting us.
- •To protect the site from automated abuse. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service available.
Where it's stored and for how long
Form submissions are delivered as email to our UK-based Microsoft 365 mailboxes and handled there. If you did not tick the marketing box we use your details only to deal with your request. If you did, we keep your name and email address on our contact list until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Email records of requests are kept for up to two years for our own accountability, then deleted.
Who it's shared with
We do not share, sell or rent your data to third parties. Our processors are Microsoft (email and hosting on Azure) and, where enabled, Cloudflare (anti-spam checks). If we introduce an online booking tool we will name it here.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
- •Access the personal data we hold about you
- •Request correction of inaccurate data
- •Request deletion of your data
- •Object to processing or request restriction
- •Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
- •Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you are unhappy with how we have handled your data
