CETSAT has provided managed IT, cybersecurity and bespoke software development services to UK businesses for more than 25 years. Long before AI made custom development fashionable again, our engineers were building bespoke line-of-business systems and integrations that had to work, first time, in production, for real UK companies. We built our reputation on honest advice, proper implementation, and support that shows up when needed.

Why we started an AI company
In 2023 and 2024, we watched our clients diving off in different directions with AI. Some bought expensive enterprise licences they did not need. Others ignored it entirely while their staff used personal ChatGPT accounts for work that involved client data.
The pattern was familiar: new technology, genuine productivity gains, no governance, mounting risk. The question was not whether AI was useful. It was whether adoption would be managed or unmanaged.
We started Augurpoint to help businesses move from unmanaged to managed: a sensible policy, the right tools in the right hands, and a plan that expands only where the evidence supports it.

We are practitioners. We build with these tools daily. Every piece of advice comes from work we have done, problems we have fixed, and mistakes we have made.
