Managed AI: run properly, priced honestly
Our Managed service deploys and operates AI for you: agents built for your workflows, a hosted multi-model gateway, monitoring, tuning and monthly reporting. You pay a monthly service fee plus usage based on what you consume, so costs track value rather than licence counts.
What's included
The Managed service delivers AI operations as a fully managed offering. We build, deploy, host and tune the agents and infrastructure you need, then operate them under an SLA with monthly reporting on usage, cost and adoption.
- Agent deployment via Copilot Studio and Power Platform. We build agents for your workflows, integrated with your systems, and deploy them where your people work.
- Hosted AI gateway with multi-model routing and optimised token economics. One API, multiple models. We route tasks to the most cost-effective model that meets the quality bar, and we tune continuously.
- Custom MCP server development and hosting. Your agents need to read from and write to your systems. We build the secure integration layer and host it for you.
- Persistent agent memory and context accumulation across engagements. Your agents remember past interactions and improve over time within the privacy boundaries you set.
- Persona and prompt library. Tested, version-controlled prompts for common business tasks. No starting from scratch.
- Monitoring, tuning, monthly usage, cost and adoption reporting. You see what works, what costs, and where the value is. Plain numbers, no dashboards that require a degree to interpret.
How pricing works
The monthly service fee covers the platform, service desk, monitoring and management. Usage charges are added based on what you actually consume. For example, hosted LLM tokens are charged per million tokens at cost-plus, and managed agent deployments are counted and charged monthly.
You get honest monthly reporting showing usage, cost per workflow, and adoption metrics. No per-seat licences that charge you whether the tool is used or not. Costs track value.

Half-day workshop with your team. We map workflows, identify the highest-value automation opportunity, and draft the governance rules and human handoff thresholds for your first agent.
Deploy one workflow
We build, test and deploy a single agent for the workflow identified in discovery. It goes live under monitoring, with tuning based on real interactions.
Prove with numbers
After 90 days, you get the usage, cost and adoption data. Expand only where the evidence supports it. If the case is not there, we tell you.
What this isn't
We don't deploy agents without governance rules and human handoff. If you want autonomous AI with no safety rails, this is not the service.
We don't lock you to one model vendor. Multi-model routing is a feature, not a problem to solve later. If a better model emerges, we switch it in and you benefit immediately.
